Consultation & Brief
Every project starts with a conversation. We listen to your vision, understand your space, your timeline, your audience, and your business goals. This is where we define what success looks like.
What you get: A clear project brief, a rough timeline estimate, and the right team assigned to your project.
How to start: Request a quote online or reach out via WhatsApp. We'll arrange a consultation at a time that suits you.

Design & Planning
Our design team develops the furniture specification or fit-out concept based on your brief. For full fit-out projects, this includes floor plans, mood boards, and material selections. For furniture orders, this means finalising designs, dimensions, finishes, and configurations.
What you get: A detailed design package for your review and approval before any production begins.

Manufacturing
Once the design is approved, production begins in our Saudi Arabia factory. We manufacture every piece in-house — no outsourcing, no compromises. Our team builds to the agreed specification using commercial-grade materials and our own QC process.
What you get: Regular progress updates and the option for a pre-delivery inspection for large-scale projects.

Delivery & Installation
When production is complete, our installation team delivers and installs every piece to your site. We handle all logistics, we protect every surface, and we position everything to the approved floor plan. We don't leave until the space is right.
What you get: A fully installed space, handed over clean and ready for operation.

Aftercare
Our relationship doesn't end at handover. We provide aftercare support for all projects — addressing any post-installation queries, managing warranty issues, and being available if you need additional pieces as your business grows.
What you get: A direct point of contact at Empire, ongoing support, and priority service for repeat clients.
